Following the official dissolution of NORSWAP in October 2002, the Forum has taken on responsibility for the co-ordination and development of SWAP activity in the North of Scotland.
Three SWAPNorth programmes are running in 2008/09: Access to Nursing at Aberdeen College; Access to Degree Studies at Lews Castle College; and SWAP Art and Design at Banff and Buchan College.
Representatives of SWAPNorth meet with the other two national SWAP Consortia, SWAPEast and SWAPWest to discuss matters of mutual interest.
