The Forum commissioned the second phase of this project from the UCC. The project aims to promote post-compulsory education as a realistic and worthwhile option. The first phase covered the Moray, the Highland and Islands area and was launched in June 2003 to great acclaim. The second phase covered the North East of Scotland. The Dreamcatcher 2 folder was published in August 2005.
